1901. Luigi Bezzera from Italy invented a way of reducing the coffee break times of his employees. His machine reduced the time on coffee brewing process using pressure.
His machine was named "Fast Coffee Machine" (Fast-Espesso in Italian).over-extraction
1905. Bezzera sold his new coffee patent to Desidero Pavoni.
1938. Cremonesi invented a piston pump that forced hot (but not boiling) water through the coffee.
1946. Achille Gaggia begins manufacturing a commercial piston machine. The coffe produced by this machine had a layer of foam on top, also known as, "crema."
Nowadays....
The integrated coffee machines are available in almost every household. The real taste of coffee and the time spared on creation, give the amazing fulfilment to the owner of machine.
